Arval signs solus deal with Manheim

Arval has signed an exclusive contract with Manheim, the leading UK provider of integrated products and services for the vehicle remarketing sector, to deliver services for 10,000 vehicles a year.

A vehicle leasing and fleet management specialist, Arval operates in 29 countries, including the UK. It manages over 1,100,000 vehicles around the world and more than 163,000 cars and vans in the UK.

The deal marks a strengthening of Arval's long-standing relationship with Manheim, a part of the Cox Automotive group, with an additional 6,000 commercial vehicles and cars a year set to pass through Manheim's auction lanes.

In addition, Manheim will provide a centralised defleet service for Arval supported by its Vehicle Solutions centres at Coventry and Leeds.

Manheim has already launched a sales programme offering quality Arval stock at its state of the art auction centre in Bruntingthorpe, and will shortly introduce Arval vehicles into its auction programme at Manheim Colchester.
