What made you choose an apprenticeship?

I recently applied for a team leader position in Bristol, but needed a bit more experience, so my supervisor recommended the apprenticeship to ready me for a future shot at the role.

Why did you choose Stepping up to Management?

As I’m going for a Team Leader roll, Stepping up to Management seemed like the ideal choice. I’ve never been in a position before where I would lead a team, so it sounded like this course would give me some valuable practical and theoretical experience.

Where do you see yourself in a few years’ time?

With this course done, and if the opportunity presents itself, I’d like to see myself in a Team Leader role. At the moment I’m looking within my department, but we’ll see what other opportunities present themselves within Manheim.

What advice would you give to someone considering an apprenticeship?

Free education is a valuable thing so take every opportunity to improve yourself you can get.
