We welcome three new recruits to the Technology Team

Technology team new recruits

Cox Automotive UK has brought in Carlos Diaz, Adam Johnson and Mark Bolton to bolster its senior Technology Leadership Team. All bring a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience to the organisation, having worked in senior roles across various industries.

Carlos joins Cox Automotive from a VP Engineering role at Preqin Solutions bringing modern full stack and life cycle expertise in the latest frameworks, methodologies and platforms, and will help transform software product development as our new Head of Software Engineering.

Adam is the new Head of Service and Infrastructure. Prior to Cox Automotive Adam was Service Delivery Director at the IT Services provider Frontline Consultancy. He will be accountable for leading technology service across the business and leading our journey to a fully cloud-based infrastructure.

Mark joins as Head of Delivery, having previously worked in Technology Consulting with Accenture. Mark is experienced in delivering large-scale transformation programmes, with global clients, and will therefore take a central role in our technology transformation plans.

Commenting on the trio’s appointment, Glenn Fishwick, Chief Information Officer, said: “This is an exciting time to join our business as we transform all aspects of technology across Cox Automotive UK. We have recently completed the implementation of our largest technology investment made in the UK, our brand-new Auction Information Management System (AIMS), and this is only the start of our transformation journey.

“We have big growth aspirations at Cox Automotive and as a Technology Team we are focusing on how technology will help improve every aspect of our customers’ and colleagues’ day-to-day ways of working via the new, innovative and connected products and services we offer. It’s great to have Carlos, Adam and Mark on board to support us with our exciting digital transformation plans”.
